Can you put fiddler in with dwarf frogs?

Can you put two fiddler carbs in with two dwarf frogs in a 10 gallon tank. The water will not be filled up all the way. The tank will have a tight fit lid and we will provide something coming out of the water for the to get on. Thanks in adance. Best answer gets 10 points
