Where can I get a Monte Cristo sandwich? (USA)?

I just found out that Bennigan's went out of business and that is where I ate this horribly unhealthy sandwich (like once a year) in the past! I suppose I could try to make it, but I think you need a deep fryer and I'm just not a deep fryer kind of gal.
