I am having serious boy troubles?

OK so I was at a party last night. I saw this guy that I have seen before (probably a 7.5 8 maybe on the cuteness scale). I really like him and he likes me because he was following me around ans stuff even people told me that. Then I realized that he was on of my friend's boyfriends. I know his parents and they like me but I really like this friend and I really like this guy. What should I do?
