I think that maybe he liked it cuz he thought u moved on and so he wanted to maybe show u that he moved on too? if he hasn't been dating a girl since u guys broke up then its cuz he obviously isnt over u yet... i think u should try to make him feel jealous or something and if u see he really is getting jealous then talk to him and see what is wrong
