How well set up am I to get into the school I want to?

You could probably get into all of those. Except for NYU and Rochester, they might all be safeties. Look at Columbia, Var, Bowdoin, Middlebury, Connecticut College, Tufts, Brandeis, Yale, Princeton, and Boston College. Yes I do think you could get into Cornell. (however, your SATs might be a little low for some of the schools I mentioned)
