Why are these people so mad?

They are mad cuz it was basically false advertising. You shouldve had the reserve put on to begin with. I understand you didnt know so thats why it wasnt there to begin with but they dont know that so thats why they are mad. From now on just be sure to pick how low your willing to sell the item for and put that fixed on there.
