Black Ops Other Zombies Maps?

does anybody have the codes for the other maps... In call of duty black ops I have five arcade and the one you get from the start but i see their are other zombie maps... I looekd it up but cant find any codes all i can find is that its a code that came with the hardened prestiged copy... If anyone can give me the code or suttin like that. i cant getthe other copy cuz im stationed in okinawa japan and they do not sell it at our px
