Cell Phone situation! Please help?

I am in dire need of a new AT&T phone! I tried to buy a Go Phone online but AT&T has cleverly hidden these "get out free" options on their website when you already have a 2-year contract set up. I don't want another contract, I just want a new phone, preferably a full QWERTY keyboard. Where can I get a phone sans the contract? I would like to spend less than $100 if possible.
