How to hook up JVC Everio GZ HM 630 to computer moniter for stop motion video. Read disc.?

Ok so I want to do a stop motion with a video camera using snapshots. Now how do I connect my JVC everio to my computer with moniter so I can see the live image of the camera meaning that what ever the camera is seeing through the lense i can see on my computer?
