Living With Parent As An Adult?

I have a 33 yr. old son that lives with me and I'm sure it's been hellish at times but I pay all the bills so that makes me a..... boss. My sole purpose is to keep him on track and make his life easier not harder. If your to grown to be told what to do then your to old to be at home. I would go to the local homeless shelter where they find you a job and help you get into your own place. I don't really see any other option. Being a adult means paying your own bills and taking care of yourself. I've raised my kids and when one has to come back home it takes my privacy away frome me.
