I am going to court this Friday. My ex-husband is wanting to make it to where I have to be home every night?

My ex husband does not like it that I work over a hour from home and about 3 nights a week I come home, but the other nights I stay with my boyfriend in the town that I work. We have a 17 year old daughter that on the nights I dont come home, our 21 year old daughter stays with her. the 17 year old makes very good grades in school, etc. Basically my ex-husband is trying to make it to where I cannot co-habitate with my boyfriend until my daughter is 18, which is in 9 months. I want to know what someone in the law field may think about this, or what a judge may think? There is nothing in our divorce decree that states we cannot co-habitate. My ex-husband is also upset that in order to get his name off of the phone bill, I had to sign his name to get his name taken off. He says that is fraud and forgery. Tell me your thoughts
