I had surgery to removed a bunion on my foot 3 weeks ago. Most of the pain is gone not except for this odd bur?

i had surgery to removed a bunion on my foot 3 weeks ago. Most of the pain is gone not except for this odd burning pain I am having in my 2 toes. feels like frostbite or something. my foot is wrapped but its not too tight. feels like the wrap is burning my skin but i took it off and it is still burning. any ideas?
