Does he like me?

Does he like me or am i just a call for him...well he tells me that he wants to be with someone and that hes only talking to me...but then on the other hand, hes known as a player...he told me im the only one that he talks to and sleeps with...when im with him hes so sincere and loveable...he likes to cuddle also...i really like him and i dont know what to do...its so confusing because i like him so much but he doesnt let me know how he feels.
