I have a question about blood thinners and pregnancy...?

I have factor 5 and I am trying to conceive. I am told that when I do I will be put on lovenox for the entire pregnancy and heparin after the baby is born. I will ask my doctor as well, but I was wondering if anyone knows if I will most likely be having a l birth of a cesarean?
