you should really have that checked out by your doctor. it could be a freckle or a cyst. also sometimes people can get a pimple under the skin and therefore you cannot pop it. in that case you would need an antibiotic to clear it up. but it could also be something that is cancerous that you need to have checked out by a doctor, it may need to be biopsied to make sure that it isnt cancerous.
