I totally agree with all of the statements above. What is portrayed in the news really is causing this negative connotation surrounding the NATIONALITY "Mexican". I don't think Joe Arpaio and Jan Brewer are racists but a lot of people can presume that based on the predominant hispanic population (which I think is arousing all the "racist" accusations) because there are just as many undoented immigrants in the North, east and west United States. If they enable this instrument to racial profile brown people here in Arizona, then I think they should also do it in California, Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota and so on. I see a lot of Mexican crimes in the news but that's only because we're in Arizona. if you travel to Kansas, perhaps you are more likely to see more whites in the media committing crimes. Plus there are so many Mexicans here because this once was or territory, so border patrol can't run us all out of the US. I cannot stand Joe Arpaio's discriminatory ways, especially when he "sweeps" so many brown people and finds out that the majority if them are here Legal.

i'm a college student ( i'm a commuter that lives about 40 mins away), im taking 16 credits the workload is in between moderate and copious, i play the role as second parent to my little sister at home, i work (every other day on average 12-16 hrs a week 5p-9p or 6-10),so on those day that i dont work, i have late cles and i normally dont get home until 7 or 8 pm. Is there anything I can to help my anxiety and panic attacks?

I can't take any benzos because I am currently a resident at a rehab for going through 8-10 bars a day average and maxing out around 20 a day towards the end. Ever since I have gotten clean (116 days ago) my anxiety has gone from just an anxiety disorder to just having about 3 panic attacks a day at least. They range from mild panic episodes to major, full blown, panic attacks where my joints lock up and I feel like I am going to die. I have been off of my with drawl medication for about 70 days now and I feel like I am insane, is there anything I can take that isn't a controlled substance?

I disagree. My best friend is an American Indian, and she gets B's and C's in school. I am American and I get straight A's. However, she's really good at singing, dancing and sports, so really it matters on the person. Try not to focus so much on the race, and rather on the individual. Trying To Conceive, Tips && Thoughts Please!?

My boyfriend and I have been trying for two months now. Not alot I know! I didn't get my last period, only light spotting for a few hours about a week and a half ago and had crazy pregnancy symptoms. How to keep my balance on a bumpy horse?

I am a fairly new rider, and since the Yahoo answers community has helped me a lot before, I believe it could happen again. But anyways, I ride a pretty bumpy horse Western style. And a lot of the experienced riders think so too, so it's not just me. Unfortunately, I have a terrible sense of balance, and whenever I let go of the horn, I fall off. I know! Really bad habit to get into, but I just can't help it. I really want to let go, but I want some tips to help me stay balanced. I don't want to lope before I can trot without holding on to the horn. I've actually loosened my grip a lot since I started, but that doesn't really seem to matter. I've tried "moving" with the horse, but it's truly hard for me to do on a horse that has a very choppy gait. My old trainer tried to get me to do a whole bunch of stuff that I wasn't ready for, and I told him that I wasn't comfortable enough to do that yet. But he told me to do it anyway, and it resulted in me falling every time. I don't know, maybe I'm just not a really good rider. But I think I'm just afraid that my taking any risks will make me fall. And I know that will just make my confidence go down even more. So I really want some good tips. And this is coming from someone who's kind of being reintroduced to riding, and the introduction wasn't so good. And I'm truly kind of scared. I know I'll get answers saying I shouldn't be, but I can't help it! I wish I could just pick up the courage to take a chance. But that's just not how my brain really works. So please, some good tips for a scared beginner. I love riding now, it's basically my life, but I know I'll love riding a whole lot more once I get better. How to speak clearly and stop sounding nasally?

I tend to mumble when i speak and i sound nasally. Weirdly though i can here my self clearly enough but people seem to hear me differently from what i think i sound like. If you have done any repair work to your motherboards processor you may have an excess amount of heat sink thermal past or you may not have the heat sink seated properly, check them both. Another problem is if your copy of windows is oem. They are notorious for bad installs. Get a retail version of windows, boot from the cd and you should be good. The file you are not loading is called the hardware abstract layer.dll file which loads the GUI, or basically the windows screen that you see to operate the system.

Why is the potty training regressing instead of improving ?

I started potty training my son 5 days ago. He is 2 1/2 yrs old. Within 3 days he had sussed that he needed to ask fo a wee wee and he used the potty brilliantly he has yet to do a poo on the potty. So we have had great success for 2 days, each time he gets a sticker and a chocolate on, much to his delight ! Today is no different in routine except he has weed himself everywhere ! When i explain to him that he has wet himself he then tells me he should have used the potty, but then subsequently wees himself again ! Each time he has done a poo today i have said "Where should you have done it? and he says " In the potty". He just weed all over the carpet and called me in and said " Look mommy" ! Ankle pain moves up my leg?

I don't know how exactly i hurt my ankle. I play a lot of sports so i may have done it from that or I don't know. The pain starts at the bone that kinda pops out on your inner ankle. As i walk or put pressure on it the pain moves up to my calve still on the inner side. I am putting ice on it, and elevating it, but it's not making much difference. I'm home for the summer, and I have begun to notice how much some childhood friends have changed in the past two years, mostly for the worse. One has got pregnant at 18 (unplanned), one tried to kill herself, one is always into trouble with the law and they all have zero aspiration and have limited education. I used to hang around with them when I was younger and we had a great time but when there was a time to grow up and to start thinking outside of our hometown, its seems that non of them cared. It was the same with my older sister's friends (they all got pregnant at a young age, no college) and she's got a degree a living in the city, i'm so proud of her and really respect her for respecting herself. When the girl who tried to kill herself was in hospital, i visited her and told her to give me a call sometime to hang out (trying to support her) because I haven't got to hang out with her because i live somewhere else during college months. Its really awkward now when i see her because we don't hang out. And she doesn't make an effort either so i don't care. I feel bad the way things have turned out..its just I have always been different to them in that I hold education very highly and they dont really care. I have a best friend who lives at home and we both used to hang out with them but not anymore (she's also going to college next year) Its funny....Where I live it sucks sometimes because there is not many people to look up to (they are kind of wasters) and have the same aspirations and things in common, whereas when im in college I click with people more and have waay more in common with them.
